# Integrations

> The tools Balt uses, and what he's allowed to do in them.

Balt works in your tools, with your existing accounts: nothing to migrate, and your team keeps using them as before. Find them under **Integrations**, in the console.

| Tab | What you find there |
| - | - |
| **Discovery** | The catalog: **Popular** first, then **All integrations** |
| **Installed** | The tools already connected in your organization, with their number of accounts |

Search matches the tool's name. The blue badge next to a name marks an **Official integration**, provided by Balt. An integration your organization added has none.

## A tool's page

Open a tool to see what Balt does with it, how it connects and the accounts already connected.

| Fact | What it says |
| - | - |
| **Accounts** | How many accounts are connected |
| **Access** | **Yours only** for a calendar or mailbox, otherwise **You or your organization** |
| **Connection** | How the tool connects: **Sign-in**, **API key**, **Company access** or **Built in** |
| **Category** | The kind of tool |

Below these facts, the connected accounts: a padlock for a private account, a group of people for an organization account. Click an account to set its access.

## For you or for the whole organization

An account is connected for you alone or for the whole organization. A private account serves you and the people you invite. An organization account serves everyone, and only administrators connect one. See [Personal and organization accounts](https://docs.hire-balt.com/en/integrations/personal-and-organization.md).
