Your organization shares a single credit balance. There’s no per-person limit.

What uses credits

  • Balt’s work: conversations and routine runs. A routine’s mode decides what each run costs.
  • Some services: a voice message dictated in the console, a meeting’s recording, an enrichment answer.
Credits are used in this order: the monthly plan’s first, reset at each renewal, then recharge credits, then bonus credits. Recharge and bonus credits never expire.
When credits run out, Balt stops working. The Billing page warns you when they run low.

Under Settings, open Billing. Only administrators and the owner can.

Moving to a higher plan charges the difference the same day. A lower plan starts at the end of the current period, and nothing is refunded.

Automatic recharges

Switch them on, then set When the balance drops below and Automatically buy. The saved card is charged at each recharge. They need a monthly plan.

View usage opens the Usage page. Pick a Period, then a tab:

Get free credits

Signing up gives credits for Balt’s first tasks. You can also earn some by referring other companies.
