Approvals - Balt

Balt reads freely. Before writing or deleting something in a tool, he asks for your go-ahead, unless you let him do it alone.

For a routine	In the conversation the routine answers in, if you are in it. Otherwise in the console, with an email.

Answer

Choose Approve or Deny. In the console, the Question from Balt page lets you edit the action before you answer. Unanswered within 72 hours, Balt doesn’t take the action.

For	How
An action in a tool	Under Integrations, the account’s Access tab, set the action to Automatic: for the whole organization on an organization account (administrators), or for one person. See What Balt does alone.
A routine	Approve the action in a conversation with Balt: it’s added to Allowed without asking on the routine’s page.

Ask again, on the routine’s page, has Balt ask before doing the action again.
