The Balt team's routines

These routines are on from day one. Switch off the ones you don’t need, in the Organization tab.

Routine	What it does
Meeting recording	Joins your meetings and takes notes
Meeting coach	Gives you feedback after your meetings
Meeting brief	Briefs you on attendees 30 minutes before a meeting
Mail	Flags mail worth reading and drafts replies
Unanswered questions	Answers questions left unanswered in a channel, or asks someone who can
Work that recurs	Suggests a routine for work you keep asking for

Some need an integration, like a calendar for meeting recording. The routine’s card says which one to connect. See Connect a tool. An administrator can switch one of these routines off for the whole organization.
