An administrator can ask Balt for a routine that asks each colleague something and then gathers the answers: “Every Friday at 16:00, ask everyone what they moved forward this week, then send me the summary on Monday at 9:00 in #leadership.” Balt creates a routine for each colleague, which asks them the question, and a routine that gathers the answers. It answers at the time set, or as soon as everyone has answered: its trigger is then When a colleague answers.
